What kind of pet photos work best?
Clear photos taken in natural light work best. Make sure your pet’s eyes, face and ears are easy to see, and avoid blurry screenshots or heavy filters.
How many photos should I upload?
Please upload 2–4 clear photos of your pet. A mix of close-up and wider photos helps us understand their features and markings.
Can I include more than one pet?
Yes. Portrait options are available for one, two or three pets. Select the correct number of pets when placing your order.
Can I request changes?
Yes. We send you an artwork preview after your order is placed. You can approve the artwork or request changes before printing begins.
When do you start printing?
Production begins only after you approve the final artwork preview.
What sizes are available?
Available canvas sizes are 30 × 40 cm, 40 × 50 cm and 50 × 70 cm.
Do you offer floating frames?
Yes. You can choose canvas only or add a floating frame in the available size options.
Can I receive a digital copy?
Yes. A digital file can be added as an optional extra when configuring your portrait.
Do you ship across Australia?
Yes, we ship across Australia. Available delivery information is shown during checkout; we do not begin production until your artwork has been approved.
