Canvas Moments creates personalised pet portraits for customers in Australia. Each artwork is made to order from the photos you provide and moves to production only after you approve your preview.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver within Australia. Available delivery options and charges are shown at checkout for your delivery address.
Our order process
- You place your order and upload 2–4 clear photos of your pet.
- We prepare your artwork preview.
- You approve the preview or request changes.
- Once approved, we produce and dispatch your canvas.
Delivery timing
Because every portrait is custom made, production begins after artwork approval. Delivery timing can vary by destination, production requirements and carrier conditions. We will keep you informed of the progress of your order.

Delivery issues
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or does not arrive as expected, please contact us with your order number and photographs where relevant. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not excluded by this policy.
