These terms apply to orders placed with Canvas Moments for personalised pet portraits and related digital artwork.

Custom orders

Each portrait is created from the photos, selections and instructions you provide. Please upload clear photos and review the order details carefully before placing your order. You confirm that you have the right to provide the photos and instructions submitted.

Artwork previews

We prepare a preview for your review before printing. You may approve the preview or request changes. Production begins only after approval. Colours and appearance can vary slightly between on-screen displays and the finished printed canvas.

Prices and payment

Prices, available options and any delivery charges are displayed before checkout. Payment must be completed through the available checkout method before we begin the custom artwork process.

Delivery

Delivery is available only to locations shown at checkout. See our Shipping & Delivery page for the current order process and delivery information.

Returns and consumer rights

Personalised orders are handled under our Returns & Custom Orders policy. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
