What photos should I upload?
Upload clear, high-quality photos taken in natural light. Your pet’s eyes, face, ears, coat colour and markings should be easy to see, with minimal filters.
How many photos can I upload?
You can upload 2–4 clear photos of your pet.
Can I include more than one pet?
Yes. Choose the option for 1, 2 or 3 pets when placing your order.
Can I request changes?
Yes. After receiving your preview, you can approve the artwork or request changes before production begins.
When does printing begin?
Printing begins only after you have approved your artwork preview.
Can I add a floating frame?
Yes. A floating frame can be selected as an optional presentation choice for your chosen canvas size.
Can I receive a digital copy?
Yes. Add the Digital Artwork File for A$15 to receive a high-resolution copy of your final approved portrait. It is not the original uploaded photo or a PSD or editable source file.
